Fabric Relaxing
G-Relax Standard
This machine is designed to unwind fabric rolls, allowing the material to rest without tension and return the fibers to their natural size. Knitted fabrics wound under tension may shrink or distort after cutting, making proper relaxation essential.
After receiving fabric from the warehouse, the rolls should be unwound and placed on the Relaxation Rack within the specified timeframe. The relaxation date and time should be recorded. Normally, fabric relaxation requires 12 to 48 hours, with an additional 2 hours after fabric laying before cutting.
